Within the project entitled "High quality of adult education – European exchange of experiences" under the Erasmus+ Programme we have created the partnership that will bring together Learners, Educators and Adult Education Organizations from different geographical areas of Europe.
Who we are? We represent five institutions, which work in the field of adult education and which decided to exchange their experiences and good practices in sphere of lifelong learning. We come from Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Sweden and Poland Below is some information about our Partnership:

How long does the project last? Duration of the project is 12 months, from 01.12.2016 to 30.11.2017. Within this period we will organise 5 transnational project meetings (one in each country) and local activities (meeting, discussions, consultations, etc.) for the educators and learners mostly from our organisations. What are the main goals? Main objectives of the project:
1: transfer of knowledge, exchange of experience and good practices in:
the effective ways of motivating adults for learning process
promotion of lifelong learning among adults
adult education systems
using the valuation criteria for assessing and improving the training system quality (adult education)
improving the attractiveness of adult education
developing the educational/training programs for adult learners with the use of ICT
adjusting directions and curricula of further education and training to the needs of adults
2 increase of administration capacity of organizations offering the lifelong education possibilities 3 promotion of quality improvement and innovation in systems, institutions and practices in the field of adult education and training 4 professional development of adult educators, including deepening their knowledge, improving teaching skills, performing tasks and teaching methods and techniques, 5 increase the activity of adults in the membership in an European society /to consider/ 6 personal development of participants 7 increase of adaptability and intercultural skills of participants 8 improvement of language competences of participants 9 establishment of international contacts 10 activation of cooperation between organizations or institutions of adult education and training in Europe
Why have we decided to focus on this topic? We identified such needs as: a) improving adult motivation for learning process b) promoting lifelong learning among adults c) making learning enjoyable and attractive to adult people d) increasing the use of ICT in teaching and learning process of adults e) getting to know the methods of involving adults in the process of designing and developing materials and methodologies of teaching and learning f) getting to know the tools (which are used in the partner countries) to acquire and to adjust the educational offer (directions and curricula of further education and training) to the educational needs of adults
What else? The project will take into account additional issues. Each partner will be asked to present one of them. The agendas of the transnational project meetings will be expanded by the discussion about non-vocational adult education of:
seniors (e.g. courses in senior’s homes, universities of the third age)
disabled people
people at risk of social exclusion and with limited access to educational offer
immigrants and refugees
Who can participate? In our project can take part staff which is active in adult education and training or adult learners who are related to our organisations.
